Scope of Services. Through this Site, PNW Paint and Remodel LLC markets and arranges Interior Painting Service, Exterior Painting Service, Home Remodeling Contractor, Bathroom Remodeling Service, Kitchen Remodeling Service, House Painting Contractor, Residential Painting Company, Siding Installation Service. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://pnwpaintandremodel.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PNW Paint and Remodel LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Limitation. In no event will PNW Paint and Remodel LLC's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify PNW Paint and Remodel LLC against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Law and Venue. WA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in WA.
